The Courtyard
The Courtyard is a central point to all our luxury cottages. Featuring a Bambury fountain, it is the perfect place to relax outside your dwelling.
Swimming Pool
Our indoor swimming pool is housed in an oak-framed barn. It is 10M in length and 1.5M deep throughout. The water is heated by our ground source heat pump to approximately 32 degrees all year round, and uses a non-chlorine oxygen system. The pool features an infinity waterfall which makes it extremely inviting for soothing swim, or perhaps something a little more invigorating.
Plunge Pool
Our circular plunge pool is positioned at the foot of the swimming pool. It features a seat around the whole circumference. Ideal for young children and babies, or just simply relaxing in its calm water.
Jacuzzi
Relax and unwind in our hot tub. On a sunny day, open the patio doors and enjoy the breeze and views of the surrounding area. The Jacuzzi has two jet settings and seats up to six persons.
Pamper Room

Equestrian Facilities
Bring your horse on holiday and take advantage of our first-class equestrian facilities. We have a sand school with experienced instructors and there are bridleways and woodlands close by for safe hacking. You are welcome to use our show jumps, horse walker, wash and dry areas and secure tack rooms.
Fishing Lakes
We boast two well-stocked lakes for fishing. Mirror Carp and Tench are amongst some of the fish you may find. Take a picnic to the lake and enjoy the tranquil environment.
Farm Shop
Our farm shop is situated on the A21 at the end of Poppinghole Lane. Here you can purchase local, quality, fresh produce brought direct from the farms. In addition to the shop, you are able to purchase other items direct on-site such as logs, wine and soft drinks. We also offer arrival hampers – please ask for details.
Laundry Room
Here you will find two washing machines, two tumble dryers and airers for your use at any time.
Parking
There is on-site secure parking for all cottages.
